Chuzhou Hongda Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in Sept. 1996, which locates in Chuzhou, Anhui Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in molds for home appliances field, also a “key enterprise of thermoforming and PU foaming mold” recognized by China Mold & Die association. There are 130 employees, the workshop covers 1000 square meters and annual sales is over RMB 40 million.

We always focus on development of technology over the year, a technical team has accumulated speculative knowledge and experienced practice. 40% of the employees have college degree and 80% have been engaged in molds manufactruing for a long time. Relying on skilled technician and advanced CNC, the technical level and processing quality have been fully improved and gained the trust of many clients. Hongda won The Excellent supplier by Hisense in 2009.

Our products cover thermoforming, PU foam, punching molds for refrigerator and freezer. We have exceeded the level of domestic enterprises.

At the 9^th Shanghai Internation Mold & Die Exhibition, our thermoforming mold was appraised as a mold with international level by the expert group.

In 2008, the SBS PU foam molds for refrigerator was awarded the first class “The Best Mold” and also listed in the key new products of Anhui province.

In 2009, Hongda took advantage of establishing municipal technology center, further dedicated to technology on the new products development, successfully made supersized thermoforming molds for refrigerator, PU foam molds for energy-saving SBS refrigerator, thermoforming molds for energy-saving multi-cavities refrigerator, thermoforming and PU foam molds for welding modularization refrigerator etc.

We have acquired over 20 utility model patents and 1 invention patent. Among them, supersized thermoforming and PU foam molds passed the new product appraisal in the provincal level, it is on the leading domestic level and at the same time it was listed as a provincal key new product.

In 2014, we won the second prize for Science &technology progress Award by Chuzhou government.
